  • Kindly follow the treatment plan, medications, and diagnostic tests as advised by your doctor.
  • Inform hospital staff about any allergies, chronic illnesses, or previous medical history.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and follow all hospital infection-control protocols.
  • Do not self-medicate or change dosage without consulting your doctor.
  • Patients are requested to cooperate during medical examinations and procedures.
  • Insurance and billing-related documents should be submitted to the billing desk on time.
  • Please safeguard your personal belongings; the hospital is not responsible for valuables.

Visitor Guidelines

  • Only one attendant is allowed per patient to avoid overcrowding.
  • Visitors are requested to maintain silence, especially near ICU and critical care areas.
  • Outside food, smoking, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside hospital premises.
  • Children below 12 years of age are not allowed in ICU or high-risk areas.
  • Visitors must follow security instructions and cooperate with hospital staff.
  • Use of mobile phones should be minimal to avoid disturbance to patients.
  • In case of any emergency, kindly inform the nursing station immediately.
